A Support Engineer is a part of the Cloud Operation Center (CLOC). DEX CLOC is manned by highly trained Support Engineers and Cloud Specialists, and advanced Management Tools built for complex Cloud Architecture.  

 

As a Support Engineer, you will provide remote and on-site support in IT, Office, Communication, Computers & Printers, Microsoft Environments (Exchange, Active Directory, Windows). As part of the CLOC team, you will handle:
